How much probiotics should I take to experience the die off effect?

I bought 50 billion probiotics from ultimate flora with 10 strains of good bacteria. I think I may have candidia and read that taking a high potent probiotic I should get rid of it. A person wrote that taking a 40 billion probiotic he experienced a die off effect. Yet I took 100 billion probiotic (2 pills) and no sign of a die off effect. The guy said he was in pain, his bones acked, he got a lot of acne and was vomiting. I have not experienced any of that. He only took 40 billion. Should I maby take 200 billion to have a die off effect? Why am I not experiencing a die off effect?

Many people do not know the probiotics(biological cultures) in yogurt and other sources are killed by the stomach acid. More maufacturers of probiotics are investigating using a delayed-action process, but the stomach acid will win. I have been taken one probiotic a day for more than a year, and I have one to two bowel movements a day. Probiotics are great to recover from diarrhea after taken 3 antibiotics a day for 14 days. I expect the high count of bacterial cultures may be killed in the stomach and not doing its job.
