I’ve had my share of acne I had it all over my back, face, arms and even my butt. When I was growing up my skin was pretty clear, I really didn’t have too many bad breakouts when I was younger. It is so crazy; as I got older I’ve noticed more acne appearing on my body. You would think that once you’ve passed puberty you’d be through with all of that stuff. Adult acne can be a pain, especially when you have a special event to attend like a wedding, concert or whatever you have to be, it is just plain annoying!

I have noticed that when I would sweat a lot during the summer that’s when I would experience more bumps and pimples on my face. When I get stressed I’d breakout or when I wear my hair in my face too much I would get oily skin and in that one area and that is where the irritation would occur. How to get rid of pimples

Wash your face at least three times a day with an antibacterial soap; afterwards wipe your face with an astringent such as Witch Hazel. Keeping your face clean is important it helps eliminate the bacteria of the pimples and apply a gentle moisturizer. Caring for your skin is crucial.
